Position Available : Part-Time Front Desk Representative
Location : Outpatient - Billings Building
Work Schedule : 15 / hours per week. Monday 9 : 00am-4 : 00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8 : 00am-12 : 30pm, Hours can be flexible
Manages telephone and foot traffic of the outpatient clinic. Assists in management / correction of patient account workqueues.
Coordinates with insurance verification specialist and billing departments to manage patient accounts.
Requirements : High School Diploma and 1-2 years’ college required. Previous experience in an outpatient business office required.
Must have experience working with insurance carriers and verifying patient coverage. EPIC experience preferred.
